Who We Are

Founded in 2024, Nivaape began with a small group of artisans and designers passionate about natural interiors. From our workshop at 10982 Nora Rd, Abilene, TX 79601, we deliver handcrafted furniture directly from the craftsman’s bench to our customers’ homes — without middlemen. This direct model ensures fair pricing, consistent quality, and a personal connection with every client.

Our 2,400 sq. ft. workshop is equipped with CNC machines, sanding stations, and finishing booths, along with a showroom where customers can experience our work firsthand. Behind the scenes is a team of 12 specialists — from designers and artisans to quality inspectors and customer care experts — all united to create long-lasting, natural furniture. Our primary customers are U.S. homeowners aged 28–45 seeking rustic, sustainable décor.

Our Products

At the heart of our collection is the Coffee Table line — balancing artistry and utility. We offer ready-to-ship designs such as tree-shaped standing shelves, minimalist wall-mounted pieces, and rustic freestanding units, available for fast nationwide delivery. For those seeking uniqueness, we provide custom designs in size, finish, carvings, or colors.

We source wood from Rex Lumber, Baird Brothers, and Bell Forest Products, all known for sustainable forestry and consistent quality. Each piece features 18–22 mm panels, load capacity of 45–60 lbs per shelf, anti-termite treatment, and natural oil finishes that enhance durability while preserving organic beauty. With proper care — wiping with a soft cloth and avoiding prolonged sunlight or moisture — our furniture remains strong, stable, and elegant for years.

Our Process – From Raw Wood to Refined Art

At Nivaape, every piece of furniture begins with a meticulous selection of wood. Each shipment of pine, oak, or maple is carefully examined for its moisture balance, grain consistency, and structural strength. Only the finest planks that meet our strict standards are chosen, ensuring the durability and natural beauty of the finished product. This attention to raw material allows us to preserve the unique identity of each board while laying the foundation for long-lasting furniture.

Once the wood is selected, it moves into the shaping stage, where modern technology and traditional craftsmanship converge. Our CNC cutting machines achieve precise dimensions and flawless joints, creating a structural integrity that guarantees stability for years. However, machines alone cannot define the character of our furniture. That individuality is brought to life by our artisans, whose hand-carved details add depth, warmth, and artistic expression to every surface.

The semi-finished pieces then proceed to our finishing stations, where each panel is sanded by hand until smooth to the touch. We apply multiple layers of protective natural oils or varnishes, which safeguard the furniture against scratches, humidity, and wear. Beyond protection, these finishes enhance the wood’s natural luster, bringing out subtle variations in tone and grain that make each piece one-of-a-kind.

Before any product leaves our workshop, it undergoes a rigorous quality control process. Our inspectors check every joint, finish, and surface to ensure stability, durability, and aesthetic harmony. For custom orders, this journey is even more collaborative: we begin with a consultation to capture the client’s vision, translate it into design sketches, refine details based on feedback, and only then move forward with production. Customers remain engaged at every stage, ensuring that the final creation reflects both their needs and our standards.

Finally, each product is packed with utmost care for delivery. We stand firmly behind our work: if any damage occurs during production or transit, Nivaape guarantees a full replacement or refund at no cost to the customer.
