At Nivaape, our goal is to make your shopping experience clear and stress-free from the moment you place an order until your furniture arrives at your home. Because each item is handcrafted from solid natural wood, every order is handled with extra care. Packaging and shipping are carried out with special attention to safety, protection, and timing.
Shipping Area
Nivaape currently ships handcrafted solid wood furniture to a selected range of international destinations, including the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.
At this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO), or remote territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and certain outlying island regions within Europe and Australia. Deliveries are made directly to residential or business street addresses to ensure safe handling and transport of solid wood furniture.

To keep shipping simple and transparent, Nivaape applies flat-rate shipping fees by region. Free shipping is available when your order total exceeds the thresholds listed below.

All shipping costs are displayed transparently at checkout before you complete your purchase. The amount you see is final, with no hidden charges or extra delivery fees added later.
Taxes and Customs Duties
At Nivaape, we believe in complete transparency. Customers will not be charged any sales tax, shipping tax, or customs duties on their orders. The price you see at checkout—including the product cost and the flat-rate shipping fee (if applicable)—is the final amount you pay. Nivaape covers all import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees on your behalf, so your handcrafted solid wood furniture will be delivered to your door with no hidden charges and no additional payments required upon delivery.
Processing and Delivery Times
Processing Time: Once an order is placed, Nivaape requires 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) to prepare the item for shipment. Each piece undergoes a final quality inspection before secure packaging.

Orders submitted before 2:00 PM (CST) are placed into the processing queue the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM (CST) will begin processing the next business day.
Please note: International orders may experience additional delays due to customs clearance.
Furniture Shipping & Assembly
Because solid wood furniture can be heavy and bulky, Nivaape ships most items partially disassembled. This method ensures that each piece is easier to pack securely, safer to handle during transit, and less likely to suffer damage before it reaches your home.
Every shipment comes with a step-by-step illustrated assembly guide, and in many cases, the package also contains the necessary basic tools so that customers do not need to purchase additional equipment. Most customers find that they can reassemble their furniture within 20–30 minutes.
For those who prefer professional assistance, Nivaape can recommend third-party assembly services available in most major cities across the United States, Europe, Canada, and Australia. These services are optional and not included in the standard shipping fee.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our workshop at 10982 Nora Rd, Abilene, TX 79601, Nivaape will send a shipping confirmation email. This email contains your unique tracking number along with a direct link to the carrier’s website.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system, particularly for international shipments that require customs clearance before moving forward.
Damaged or Lost Goods
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Nivaape within 72 hours of delivery. Provide your order number along with clear photos or a short video showing both the product damage and the packaging. Based on this information, Nivaape will arrange either a replacement shipment or a refund.
If a package is lost in transit, customers should reach out if their order has not arrived within 14 business days, especially if the tracking number shows no updates for more than one week. Nivaape will contact the carrier directly to investigate. If the package is confirmed as lost, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost or a full refund will be issued.
Canceling an Order
Orders may be canceled provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Customers are encouraged to notify Nivaape as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been processed and transferred to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible. At that stage, customers may instead use Nivaape’s Return & Refund Policy after receiving their delivery. For international shipments, cancellation is strictly unavailable once an order has cleared customs.
